Representative Matters / Transactions:

• In the field of international trade, Ms. Liu has participated in many trade remedy cases initiated by the United States, the European Union, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Brazil, Australia, the the Eurasian Economic Commission, Vietnam and other countries or regions against Chinese products in related industries, and has helped clients obtain good results many times.

• In the field of cross-border investment, Ms. Liu has participated in a number of overseas investment projects, including acquisition of six surgical centers in the United States by a listed company in Shanghai; overseas restructuring project of a listed company in Hong Kong; and establishment of new factory in Thailand of a listed company in Hong Kong.

• In terms of corporate compliance management, Ms. Liu has extensive experience in advertising compliance management, human resources compliance management, trade compliance and data compliance management.
