Work Experience:

Luo Xuehong has been working full-time as a lawyer since 2011. She has accumulated rich experience in the fields of financial non-performing assets disposal, commercial dispute resolution, bankruptcy, liquidation and reorganization. In recent years, Luo has been responsible for the entire process as the manager / liquidation team leader, or has represented creditors, debtors, and shareholders in hosting many cases of corporate bankruptcy reorganization, bankruptcy liquidation, and forced liquidation. At the same time, focusing on the deep expansion of distressed investment in non-performing assets, Luo has hosted multiple value investment transactions and provided clients with legal services including due diligence, project structure design, and risk control. 

Moreover, Luo was employed by four major asset management companies, distressed investment institutions, trusts, banks and other financial institutions to provide systematic NPL management and disposal legal services, and hosted and operated multiple non-performing asset package transaction projects. She is good at using derivative litigation, enforcement, debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions to deal with credit claims in multiple dimensions to help clients realize the commercial value of the project.
