近日，汇业合伙人徐炜瑾律师与汇业顾问、法国ADALTYS律师事务所雷安东律师受法国工商会（CCIFC）邀请，为与会超过50位外资公司高管与核心管理层进行专业讲座。讲座内容涵盖外资公司高管与核心管理层在中国所涉及的民事、行政责任，以及可能面对的刑事风险和司法流程，同时亦回应了公司合规中的风险防控和应对策略等问题，讲座受到法国工商会及与会听众的高度好评。

Congratulations to our Partner Ariel Xu and Senior Counsel Alban Renaud for their very interesting presentation on legal liabilities of key executives and senior management at CCIFC on Jan 28th 2021. They discussed issues related to civil and administrative liabilities, criminal liabilities and procedures, and suggested measures to mitigate the risks and how to react when facing them.

基于与法国ADALTYS（前用名ADAMAS）律师事务所的紧密合作关系，汇业律师事务所在2021年开年已两次为中国法国工商会的法国企业提供法律讲座。中国法国工商会（CCIFC）于 1992 年在北京成立，是在华法国企业的联合会。中国法国工商会有北京、上海、广州、深圳和成都五个联络处，商会已拥有超过1300名会员。在中国法国工商会平台上的活动，为汇业进一步扩大在外资企业中的影响提供了良好的契机。

Based on a close partnership with ADALTYS, our firm has already provided two legal seminars in 2021 for French companies of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China. The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China (CCIFC) was founded in Beijing in 1992 as a federation of French companies in China. With five liaison offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu, the CCIFC has over 1,300 members. The activities on the CCIFC platform provide a good opportunity for the firm to further expand its presence among foreign enterprises.

徐炜瑾律师，英国伦敦政治经济学院刑司政策专业硕士。专业领域为刑事辩护和刑事合规，擅长涉外刑事案件、重大刑事犯罪案件的辩护。2017年作为首位刑事律师入选英国大律师公会中国律师培训计划。其为包括美、加、法、德等多国外籍人士的刑事案件进行辩护。代表案例有“上海药神案”，某国有银行19亿票据诈骗案等。

Ariel XU is a PRC qualified lawyer specializing in criminal law, with a primary focus on criminal defense and criminal compliance. She achieved her Master degree from London School of Economics. In 2017, she became the first Chinese criminal lawyer selected by the General Council of the British Bar for its training program for Chinese Lawyers. She has earned a good reputation among Western clients  thanks to her excellent performance of criminal defense in many major cases.

Alban RENAUD
